ABOUT

Meagan Kenney Headshot_Brighter_edited.jpg

My name is Meagan Kenney; I'm based in Milton, Ontario, but open to moving around to find unique opportunities. I first stumbled upon the possibility of building a career in interior design early in high school when we were tasked with exploring potential career paths. I originally thought that it would be an easy, artistic path; however, after doing more research into the field, I quickly realized it would be the ideal way to combine the creativity I desire, the technicality I enjoy, and the application of psychology that I have grown to love.

Throughout the past four years in the Honours Bachelor of Interior Design program at Fanshawe College, I have gained an even greater insight into how interior spaces impact the way people think, feel and interact. I’m eager to continue expanding my knowledge of the psychology behind interior design, particularly on how the built environment can be utilized to heal and promote comfort. I aspire to pursue a career in residential design, creating environments where people feel refreshed and like their home is a reflection of their true self.
