Some of these areas include a large island in the kitchen and a comfortable living room with space to watch movies or play a board game. Natural materials such as wood flooring and quartz countertops, as well as access to natural daylight and views, bring in an element of biophilia that promotes wellness and comfort. Technology is incorporated into the design to improve safety through elements like an induction cooktop to prevent burns or integrated lighting along paths of travel to ensure smooth transitions from space to space.
