This project was completed in collaboration with three other students. My role in this project included space planning, technical drawings, 3D modelling, material selection, and rendering.

This office design prioritizes the integration of sustainable and wellness strategies. It provides effective spaces for work and education to inspire staff and the local community to care for the environment. The design represents new beginnings by rehabilitating an unutilized historic building to become a community-based hub, connecting people to nature and the site's rich history. The design prioritizes environments that are calming, inclusive, productive, and comfortable by incorporating biophilia, smart technology, and opportunities for customization. Connections to nature are the highest priority as they can reduce stress and increase energy, all elements to be maximized within any work environment, but most importantly in a space dedicated to protecting green spaces.
